We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Platinum Pool Enterprise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must not have been installed or used

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pool chemicals (for safety reasons)
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Customised or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +60 18-264 1362 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
