Delivery Coverage

We ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on item weight and delivery location. Heavy items such as sand filters and large drums may incur additional freight charges. Our team will advise on shipping costs via WhatsApp before order confirmation.

Large & Heavy Items

For bulky items (e.g., pool pumps, sand filters, chemical drums), delivery will be arranged via courier freight. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at your delivery address.
